We have our own transport department and agreements with several transport companies to be able to offer competitive transport prices. Machines are collected between 07:00-08:00 and dropped off before 16:30. Next day delivery is possible in most cases. However, we recommend that orders are placed before the date the machine is needed, as early morning transports fill up quickly.
Pan Rental inspects and services each piece of equipment before each rental to ensure it is in good working order. If you experience any problems with your equipment while renting, please contact your personal advisor immediately to report the problem. We have protocols in place for maintenance and repairs. If the equipment is unusable, we will attempt to provide a replacement machine or assist in resolving the issue to minimize downtime.
Rental costs vary depending on the type of equipment, rental period and project size. We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates along with financing options. We take care of machine insurance and maintenance costs while delivery, fuel costs and wear parts are the responsibility of the customer. Financial rewards are offered to all our customers and special discounts on long-term rentals.
We allow extensions and we have a big fleet of machines to cover your needs. However, it’s wise to confirm your extension before your original rental period ends.
